Helping Children and Adults Improve Breathing, Sleep and Oral Function

Myofunctional therapy focuses on retraining the muscles of the face, tongue and airway to support proper breathing, swallowing and oral function.

Meet Your Myofunctional Therapist

Hello!

My name is Crissy Roby, RDH, OMT.

With over 24 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, I’ve spent my career helping patients improve their oral health and overall well-being. More recently, I’ve pursued training in myofunctional therapy, allowing me to address the root causes of issues such as mouth breathing, clenching, sleep disruption, and improper tongue posture.

My approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on helping patients of all ages breath better, sleep better and function better, long term.
